“Bisiklet for Haiti” is heading your way. On April 4, 2011 an unforgettable fundraising tour of epic proportions makes its way from coast to coast across the USA. Cloud Forest Medical Clinic volunteers: Kyle Martin, Jeff Crawford, Christophe Block & Clayton Bell will be riding bicycles form Los Angeles, California to Charleston, South Carolina. Along the 3,000 mile odyssey they will be increasing awareness and social consciousness by giving presentations to numerous schools, churches and service groups. The goal is to raise $30,000 which will allow us to fulfill our commitment to the people of Seguin & Baie d’ Orange, Haiti for another year. All donations are being labeled “Bisiklet for Haiti” and being sent through our Cloud Forest Medical Clinic sponsor, Humanity First USA .
Become part of the experience by pledging a penny, nickel, dime, quarter or dollar per mile. All of your donations go towards helping the mountain villagers of the magestic Seguin Plateau. Donations will fund the Cloud Forest Medical Clinic, Seguin Orphan Relief Project, Community Health Workers Program and a Prenatal Nurse for an entire year. Visit www.bisiklethaiti.com for a Day by Day Tour Guide, Tour Blogs and ways to donate.
